Pete Travis is a British television and film director. He worked as a social worker first, and then took a post-graduate course in filmmaking. His debutante work, Faith, based on the work of Nick Hornby, screened at the London Film Festival. After the success he achieved with his shorts, he proceeded to directing TV series, and subsequently feature length films.
